Minnele was exceptional and provided outstanding service — from the initial booking right through our stay at MediStay. She was welcoming, accommodating, and always willing to go the extra mile. I highly recommend MediStay to anyone visiting Bethlehem — it’s by far the best option.

Hospitality host waited for us to arrive. Kept us informed even before we arrived. Allowed us to use some facilities that are not allowed to be used by guest
