Great location, comfy beds, good breakfast. Pool barman was nice and friendly
Pool areas look abit messy, rooftop one defo doesnt look like the pictures, most staff not very friendly other than pool guy. Iva from quality on emails v helpful though. Downstairs bar staff bordering on rude, Not friendly,

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and accommodating. It was pretty quiet whilst we were there so often we had the roof top pools to ourselves. The breakfast was really good and lots of choice. The location was perfect and only a cheap Bolt ride into the old town.
The only thing I would say is that it is more of a 4 star than a 5. The rooms were nice and comfortable but not five star standard.

The location is amazing and the apartment is extremely spacious. Each room had its own balcony, we booked the room that had the jacuzzi.
We had to wait a little bit for check-in and for the jacuzzi to be filled, but the staff apologized with free drink vouchers and a bottle of wine, which was a nice gesture.
We had to wait a bit at check-in because the room wasn't ready, and then wait again for the jacuzzi to be filled, which you'd expect to be done in advance at this price point.
One room had a broken door, and a bathroom door was difficult to close. The pool area was on the small side and had no staff attending it. The jacuzzi was not working properly which was a disappointment.
For the price, I expected better service and amenities overall. These seem like fixable issues, and I hope they're addressed.
