Location, family friendly, the maintenance man that fixed our balcony door was wonderful! He worked very hard and was very enjoyable and kept us up in what he was having to do to fix it.
There was a lot going on this year at our stay, there were baseball team staying for tournaments and they were very loud at night and their chaperones didn’t seem to care

Beach front
Two dead mice near elevator that laid there for a few days until we informed the office staff, needless to say they were not helpful, kinda rude. Also, didn't understand why had to wear the armbands.

The amenities was great, and location and security was fantastic.
The oven did not work kept throwing a code, counters was overall gross as in crumbs and dirt. Hand prints on glass doors/mirrors. Trash under the couches.
