Hotel locación is great, staff is friendly and room are comfortable and clean.
I paid for breakfast but it wasn't as good as I thought. They only served boiled eggs, and if I'm on vacation, I don't want to be peeling eggs. Lacks flexibility in that aspect, they should have more variety.

* Beds were comfortable
* Nice communal spaces in the lobby
* Staff very helpful and service was great!
* Room was clean!
* I thought the suggestive video playing in the lobby was a bit inappropriate.
* No bath in the room
* Hard to work the microwave in the lobby
* Washing machine and dryer combo had our clothes coming out smelling a bit of mildew.
* No smart tv
* Price was not as advertised on booking.com. We had to pay an extra 5000 yen when we got to the hotel.
