Very good location, spacious, well equipped flat, blackout blinds, nice host
It was not an issue for us, but its on the third floor and no lift - just to be aware.

Spacious apartment, it was rather well-equipped but I had to clean out the washing machine and dryer before using them, because they were in a horrible state. We got handtowels to use after showering which was a bit strange.
Generally, the flat was clean BUT the washing machine and dryer had to be cleaned before use, and it might be practical to bring your own beachtowel for after showering because only small towels were provided.
