The view and the gigantic private balcony!! The insane view is undercommunicated in the description of this place. The private 150-200 square meters penthouse balcony with pergola and outdoor shower. Directly overlooking Capri and Coricella village and fortress. Holy smoke!
The small village is super charming and no traffic allowed. Best restaurant area on the island
The street down to Coricella is, like everywhere on the island, a narrow street with traffic going way too fast. Walking can be a bit long and stressful, however I recommend 110% renting an EV bike, the only sensible transportation on the island, and you will be very happy. It’s fun and very convenient
