Great location, comfortable home, clean, easy checkout
Broken sliding glass door, corroded bbq grill, oven would shut off randomly, 7” drop on concrete parking slab under house

The location is great and the view is beautiful!
We enjoyed everything about the property! My only suggestion would be to get a dust pan for the house to assist with sweeping up sand.

The kitchen and bathrooms could use a good scrubbing.

Home not well kept rust in bathrooms and on rails. Kitchen equipment subpar with scratches on cook surfaces The master bathroom had a liner! shower. It seemed to be a double wide trailer I was at a motel 8 for Hilton prices!
