It was very central, a perfect location and the room was very big with a huge bed that was soo comfortable, we slept so well. The staff were so helpful, always communicating via what’s app in English helping me make all and any arrangements I needed like Taxi’s etc. The Bathroom and hotel were very clean and stylish and there were lovely soaps- the John Richmond body lotions were a nice touch and the big soap / shampoo dispensers in the shower were really good.
Nothing, everything was perfect.

Very spacious and lovely hosts
The sauna was broken and the WiFi wouldn’t connect on the tv.

The staff was very friendly and helped me when they could.
I have a leg issue that makes stairs very difficult for me. I booked a room in a building with an elevator. The owner switched my room to a different building on the third floor without an elevator basically ruined my trip to Naples. The owner stated on the phone that there was no other room available, and will try to switch in the next couple of days. The owner never called us again. My legs were so tired and weak from the stairs that the rest of the trip was very difficult.
