Espero Royal Stay

We were so lucky to stay in the top level suite. It’s spectacular and we really loved it! So beautifully appointed, spacious, and a hot tub all our own to use on our own top level balcony. The hosts were wonderful, and breakfast very generous.

Nothing.

Location was good, staff was great, housecleaning was excellent. Things were generally clean.

The creation suite (at the top) was out-of-date and kind of falling apart. It's a lot of stairs to get up to as well. Kind of like something that was done with some poor materials 10 years ago and just needs to be updated. No natural light in the room at all. Towel rack were broken, LED lights flickered, the single skylight was poorly blacked over with tape so no natural light. All light switches needed to be replaced as they had this soft touch material that was sticky. The jacuzzi was kind of falling apart -- the drain was not installed.

The room is lovely size

Nothing

Lovely staff but very obvious they were partimers. Extremely friendly, polite and agreeable

Very tired. Very small bathroom which became totally wet. Restricted toilet space with very noisy sliding privacy door. Bed was against the wall so one person had to wriggle out and in. Dark with lots of light switches that seemed to have no logic. Outside jacuzzi past its best. Although multi choice of breakfast offered on a preorder system, choices not delivered because no stock available.
