Interesting concept, common areas are quite nice, very convenient location, fantastic view from the window, easy check in and check out. Nice design of the room.
We had a room on the very top. One has to climb a lot of stairs and to walk long hallways to get there. Although the view from the window is over the lake, the window itself is easily observed from the terrace below. It steals the feeling of privacy or you have to keep the curtains closed. If you open the window and somebody is on the terrace smoking, all the smell gets into the room as well as noise. There was no netting on the window from insects. It's also not very convenient if you plan to use the kitchen, because it's one floor down.

Superb! Awesome place to stay! Well located, handy kitchen and place to work!
Walking distance to everywhere and just a few minutes drving to snow arena!

Good location, no need to register anywhere—just pick up the keys from the box and that's it; cheap.
Whoever designed the bed headboards should try lying against them—it is absolute madness.
The soundproofing is very poor, especially if the room is near the kitchen, as there is constant noise at night from various groups of people, and there is no one to complain to since there is no on-site administration.
