Our host was fantastic in helping us with the check-in process, providing a clear and well detailed email explaining how to check-in. Once arrived, the apartment was clean, cozy and perfect as a base to relax before exploring the island. Additionally, information about house rules and rubbish collection was clearly presented throughout the apartment. AC worked great in the bedrooms and the balcony while not much of a view, was fine to sit out on.
Overall everything was great. Only negative that I could think of, which to be fair is out of the hosts control, would be the lift up to the apartment is a bit tight (would be a squeeze for anymore than 2 people).

Communication with the host was smooth. The whole flat is spacious. The balcony is cozy.
It's not very close to the main touristic areas, such as Valletta and Mdina. You can take a bus but it takes 20-30 mins and the buses are often delayed in Malta, so if you don't rent a car and want to explore efficiently, you better stay near Valletta. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak.
