Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort

I had a perfect stay at Atlantica Sancta Napa Resort from 2 to 9 October. Everything exceeded my expectations! The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly and professional. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. The location is excellent and could hardly be better, making it easy to enjoy everything Ayia Napa has to offer. Overall, a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I cannot think of a single negative thing about my stay

Location is superb: just 50 meters from the beach and only 5 minutes of walk to reach all cafes, restaurants etc. Very helpful and kind staff. Quite good breakfast with quality food. Big pool with 2 level of depth and big kids pool with small slide in it. Fine bed for child. You can easily get coffee near the pool free of charge.

You can't book parking for your car. You would not get any pen for fill hotel's questionary. And the most annoying thing - elevator: 5th floor is reachable only with 1 elevator of 3, but it can be called from any floor, so, you shall wait too long to get in. Coffee machine in the room - use only if you MUST drink coffee, not for pleasure. And if you want beach towels you will have to leave cash deposit - yes cash, no cards allowed (10 euros per towel).

It was really at a good location. Everything was clean.

It was a little bit noisy. We woke up to our neighbors voice during the night. The toilets in the room were really small, it could be a problem for an overweight person. Apart from that everything was perfect. The location, cleanliness, staff…

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, and the food was varied with plenty of different options. We particularly enjoyed the intimate Deluxe area with its separate pools. It was quiet, relaxing and a great place to unwind.

However, considering the price of the stay, we expected a higher standard of comfort and cleanliness. The mattress was extremely hard and we simply could not sleep comfortably on it. We had to ask for a mattress topper, which helped. There was also only cold water coming from the sink. When we turned the tap towards the hot water, no water came out at all. The room cleaning could have been much more thorough. Throughout our entire stay, there was a dirty tap in the bathroom that was not properly cleaned. There was also spilled coffee left on the table in the room.
