Very disappointing experience. The property appeared to be overbooked, and there was no proper check-in desk or reception counter. Despite having a confirmed booking, they could not accommodate us, and it was extremely difficult to reach them by phone.
After nearly two hours of inconvenience and distress, Booking.com eventually arranged alternative accommodation for us. I strongly recommend that travelers reconsider booking this property.

Felt at home away from home.

The location was good.
There is no lift I. The property. If you have heavy bags it is terrible dragging them up multiple flights of stairs.

Excellent location, hard to beat.
The facilities within our rooms are worn and having stayed there in July last year, you could see the rooms have looked more tired.
Shower facilities looked terrible with lots of black mould near bottom grouting. Also before the property states we wish you had mentioned this so we could have done something about it, well you have had 15 months since we noted it within our last stay.
We also had another fire alarm, which was still in fault when we checked out 24 hours later!!!

"L'emplacement, l'ambiance, la décoration, la simplicité de l'accueil, l'organisation de l'appartement. La proximité du centre ville et de toutes les commodités (épicerie à 5 min à pied)"
