A lakás nagyon jól berendezett, és átgondoltan felszerelt. Például még uzsonnadoboz is van a fiókban. Bevásárló szatyor, és esernyő is rendelkezésre áll. Kényelmes a fürdő, sampon, balzsam, tusfürdő is biztosított. A lakással, WIFI-vel semmi gond nincs, ajánlott a központi elhelyezkedése miatt, mivel minden perceken belül elérhető.
Borzalmasan zajos. Az ablakot nem lehet kinyitni, mert hajnali háromig, vagy még tovább a szállás alatt lévő bárban zajlik az élet. Kiabálnak, hangoskodnak, isznak, a dohányfüst ömlik be az ablakokon. Ezt követően a hajnali élet folytatódik a takarítógépekkel, és a szemetesekkel, akik szintén igen hangosak. Csukott ablak, füldugó, és dupla párna a fülre, akkor lehet próbálkozni az alvással, és a pihenéssel. Klíma nincs a lakásban, így az nem opció. (ventillátor van)

Super zentrale Lage, gut von der Bushaltestelle zu Fuß erreichbar nach Ankunft vom Flughafen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar, für ein Wochenendtrip super, geräumiges und sauberes Apartment. Sogar Kleinigkeiten wie Zucker, Nescafe etc. vorhanden.
Obwohl es in einer Straße mit Bars/Restaurants liegt, ist das Haus recht ruhig. Offene Fenster sind allerdings nachts nicht möglich.

Una parola solo: Eccezionale! …Per la posizione! A pochi passi da tutte le attrazioni…per l’appartamento, completo di tutto per il soggiorno…per la cura dell’host che pensa a tutto! Graditissima la macchina del caffè con relative cialde. Appartamento nuovissimo. Che dire?..raccomandatissimo!!

Nice, spacious studio. Wifi excellent.
Central location in old town sounded very attractive. However, this studio is surrounded by bars and cafe's with loud, thumping music. On top of that many people (often drunk) in the street were yelling and screaming till the early hours. Even with the windows closed and using earplugs, it was impossible to sleep. Because of the warm weather and the closed windows, it became very stuffy in the apartment, a ventilator would have been useful.
