Good price. The air-conditioning is very good. It's close to the beach.
The apartment is located in a bankrupt deserted hotel, the bathroom had mould in the shower cabin, the parking space is not guaranteed- it's first come first serve, there were stains on the couch and finger prints on most surfaces, the clothes dryer was broken, the table and chairs on the balcony were also dirty.
