It's close to a huge park, quite a few stairs and uphill. Found easy parking on the road. Nice view from the balcony. Quiet neighborhood. Very light room. Nice tv with Netflix subscription also.
The faucets were old and very hard to open and close as well. If not closed well were dropping water. There was a continuous noise from the kitchen that was disturbing enough. Could not find a single plate in the kitchen.

Easy to find free parking spot on the street.
The owner speeks romanian and he was kind to help me with the bags and gave directions for store/food.
The roads in the area are very steep.
