Very kind and warm greetings from Marco who met us in person at the waterbus station. He showed us all the way down to apartment and suggested all the necessary routs, restaurants, museums etc. Location of the apartment is magnificent because it’s close to all the main attractions but in a quiet place. There is everything you need here!

Rien

Marco was in contact well before our arrival day to organise keys. He was extremely helpful ensuring i got on the right waterbus and meeting me at the stop - even carrying my bag to the apartment - he gave a detail tour to ensure we would have everything we needed during our stay. The apartment is extremely well situated for the Arsenale and Giardini where we were working for the week. It has great facilities, everything you could possibly need and more, it is clean, well laid out and amazingly quiet. The beds were super comfortable too! Small additions like a key lockbox and somewhere to store cases on the last day (alongside how brilliant Marco was) really set this place apart from other places we have stayed.

Tiniest comment would be a couple more clothes hangers in the ensuite bedroom - but honestly I nothing negative to say

Commerces de détail simples et bons à deux pas de l’appartement et petite supérette. Attention, commerces fermés le dimanche.

Rien ! C’est très bien
