Perfect location, everything is in walking distance - the beach, shops, the old town.
The apartment itself is newly equipped and the jakuzzi is comfortable for 2 people.
I can just recommend if you have any kind of problems, reach out to the owner - communication is easy with him and he is very helpful.
The only thing I can mention is it can be a bit noisy when the entrance door of the building is slammed
