The twin room is very spacious and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need from the hairdryer to the small things such as a bottle opener!
The location is fantastic: 5 minutes from the Republic Square and 8 minutes from the spice market which I highly recommend to visit!
The beds are new, but a little on the firm side. I personally prefer a softer bed, though that’s just a matter of personal preference.

Quiet, great location 5 minutes from Republic Square. Next to a supermarket and coffee shop. Very clean. Good facilities. Sona very helpful.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes from Republic Square, and there’s a supermarket right next door where you can also exchange money. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. They also left us water every day.
We especially loved the patio. It’s covered with plants, so even when it was really hot outside, it stayed much cooler there. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back next time we’re in Yerevan.
