We had a wonderful stay at Emerald Suites and were very happy with our choice. The property was easy to find, parking was excellent, and collecting the key from reception was straightforward. The only minor inconvenience was that reception was located quite a few stairs down (and then back up again), which might be worth considering if you have heavy luggage. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely — spacious, bright, beautifully comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent, just a three-minute walk from the sea and Turtle Bay, with a fantastic café within walking distance. However, the town center is quite far without a car. Fortunately, we had one, so this wasn't an issue for us. The only real downside was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and the smaller bathroom, which could certainly be improved. Apart from that, everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Emerald Suites!

It's very comfortable, it doesn't feel crowded like a hotel room, and you have every comfort of home like a full kitchen and washing machine, every room had a bathroom, the value for money was great, the staff was very helpful even when we forgot our key inside, it's only a few min walk from a lovely beach with warm water and beautiful sand which isn't overcrowded, there's a hotel nearby with restaurants and a kids park, there are small shops nearby and wolt delivers groceries and food to the location.

The room and the apartment overall were very nice. Communication with the property manager was also excellent, and everything was well-organized and under control. The room itself was super comfortable and nicely maintained, and the facilities provided were amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Bay. The apartment itself was excellent and we genuinely couldn’t fault it. It was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed, including air conditioning, a hairdryer, Smart TV and plenty of space to dine and relax as a family. It was just as pictured, and the wrap-around terrace was a real bonus, providing welcome shade during the hottest part of the day. We were also very grateful that we were allowed to stay an additional hour beyond check-out time.

Unfortunately, the pool area let the complex down. The pool was dirty and appeared unattended for several days, and there are still only 8 sun loungers for the entire complex. I visited five years ago and suggested investing in more loungers then, so it was disappointing to see that nothing has changed. This results in a scramble for sunbeds if you want to use the pool. There is also a new development being built directly in front of the apartments, which is a shame as the sea views are no longer visible. Thankfully, this wasn’t directly in front of Block A where we stayed. With the new apartments soon adding competition, I think Emerald Bay would really benefit from investing in the upkeep of the pool area and providing more loungers. Finally, we couldn’t find anyone on the complex to check out with, so I left the key on the reception desk.
