We weren’t sure what to expect at this hotel and we are so glad we booked here. The staff was very friendly (seeing more and more that Jordanians are truly very friendly), the rooms were what we needed for the night, and the breakfast spread was delicious. We needed a ride from Aqaba to Wadi Musa so they set up a taxi for us so we didn’t have to worry about it in the morning.
My in-laws couldn't get hot water in their shower (more like lukewarm). The shower in our room was hot though.

The room was big and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location is also great, just a short walk from the beach.
The hotel did seem to be quite noisy. I was woken up a few times by other guests moving around and people talking loudly outside. My window also looked directly onto another wall, so there was very little daylight and no view at all. I would also recommend doing your research before booking any tours. I did a tour to Wadi Rum that I booked through the hotel, but there was very little of actual Wadi Rum and more just souvenir shopping and dinner, pretty disappointing if you're really excited about seeing the desert.

Great location in the centre of town, close to the market streets. We loved having a balcony to watch the world go by. Breakfast was good and fresh, and very welcome. Reception helped us get tickets and arranged the bus for Berenice Beach Club at short notice.
It said parking but its just on the very busy street, and can be hard to come by.

The location and the service. They upgraded our room for us.
The noise and the room was a smoking room. Also, the breakfast wasn’t available when they said it was supposed to be.
