Great location near many restaurants and shopping. Javed, the owner, is really helpful and caring and speaks excellent English. I stayed here for quite a few days while recovering from food poisoning and he offered to take me to the hospital. The shower always had hot water which was a big plus.
Beds were not the most comfortable but decent, and rooms were overall very nice, sometimes just very hot in the afternoon depending on the weather. WiFi was just okay as power cut pretty often.

Good base for trekking. We stayed a few days but it wasn't really suitable for an older couple. Staff were friendly and helpful and looked after us.
Steps slippery. Downstairs room was dark with no view. Step up into shower was hard for an older couple - fine for young people. No hot water in shower until we asked for it.
