Clean and spacious apartment close to UF. Staff was kind to allow checkout at 2 pm.
10 / 10Remarquable·juin 2026
It was very neat and clean. The apartment was spacious.
I did not like having to park the second car so far from the apartment or on the road.
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2026
Size, space of unit. Cleanliness of unit. A/C and ceiling fans were great. Elevator convenience.
Never had a hot shower. Water was always cold. I don't know if something is wrong with the water heater like a pilot light. I made out ok since I was coming in from being out in the hot weather all day, but wanted you to know.
6 / 10Moyenne·oct. 2026
The size of the unit.
Old leak in the ceiling that was not addressed or fixed and there was an active leak we had to contend with during our stay. Dirty chair and well worn couch.
