It is very close to all the places you want to reach, such as Zugspitze, Alpspitze, Kreuzeck, Partnachklamm, and the city center. Everything in the description is correct, and the house offers more than that, such as an excellent view of the mountains while sipping tea in the sun chairs in the garden.
The host is excellent at communicating and very helpful; she made our stay more special as well.
