Location- near to river and excellent public transport, convenience shops
4 flights of stairs. Faulty electrics which we reported.

Location. Convenient as extremely close to tube. Quiet despite being in heart of London. Keyless access. Great communication from host. Super clean and comfortable.
Not much not to like. Stairs access to apartment with no lift. Would benefit from updated TV with new remote control.

It was convenient for the event we wanted to attend in Westminster.
Generally the stay was good but the TV was not working and the light under the bunk was flickering. It was disappointing that it wasn’t clear enough that the property would class a bunk bed as two separate beds. Yes, they were separate but I went with a lady close to her 80’s and I had knee pain so struggled to get on the bunk and thought separate meant side by side as two singles which is what we chose. I think clear clarification would help.
