Well located and very clean
Noisy neighbours coming in late night an security not asking guests to quite down a bit.
No trolley to take luggage to unit, had to walk a few times.

We were disappointed that we had to wait almost an hour before we were met to hand over the keys even though we had agreed an arrival time.
However the property was well located for the city and the waterfront .
Whilst we were there , the fire alarm was sounded at approximately 0330hrs. It was obviously a false alarm as it went off again shortly afterwards. It made me realise that there were no evacuation procedures to be seen inside the property, other than a notice stating not to use the lifts in case of a fire. Maybe this can be improved by the property management .

Location for the Hyrox at the CTICC building was perfect and walking to the waterfront was also fine, but not at night.
Security at the entrance were super helpful and friendly. Great location we enjoyed our stay.
We could not park our car in the garage as the roof area was too low and could not get car in. when asking what we can do it was said to go and park in a parking garage 8 minutes away. My husband has just had a shoulder op, so could not walk all that way every time alone. But luckily the security guard made a plan for us. Pots and pans are disgusting. Dustpan
stinks terribly and carpets not vacuumed properly. No hairdryer, when i asked for one they said they would bring, never happened. room 607
