The staff are the selling point of this property . Our flight was delayed and giannis stayed till 1am to greet us and bring us to our room . I’ve stayed in several different properties in Kardamena and never received the level of care I have here. Nothing was too much trouble. giannis even drove us down to the centre in stormy weather as no taxis available. The accommodation is basic but clean with large room and balcony, and so serene and peaceful. Little kittens that came to our balcony every day was the icing on the cake . During our stay my daughter got some mosquito bites and giannis offered to change rooms and went to our room to add extra chemicals and plug ins to help . 5 stars for service and wouldn’t hesitate to return .

the only negative is the little walk to the centre about 15 mins so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues .

Staff so friendly, especially Yannis who couldn’t do enough for us. Really good value for money accommodation, simple but had everything you need for an inexpensive break Plus the bonus of 4 beautiful little kittens to play with! We loved our holiday and are sad to leave.

Nothing really for us but I think the walk into town would be an issue for some, it’s only 10 minutes but 2 minutes of it are down a dark pathway. Bring a little torch and you’ll be fine. We felt very safe still

Quiet near to town

The house is in a quiet corner outside of Kardamena, you have to walk a bit till you get to the bars and restaurants down in the center but that was fine with us. The pool is the best part here. The appartements are pretty well used and the beds could offer a little more comfort.

Now this was a special way of Greek hospitality! We arrived early on Kos by ferry-boat and were informed that there was no early check in possible. We came back at noon and the room was still not ready. There was not ONE word of excuse or explanation. We had to wait at the pool bar for almost two more hours till the room was ready. They did not even offer us a drink or a water. The owner was eating lunch there at that time.
