The decor is so homely and feels like you’re stepping into a family home.
The roadworks make getting there a little tricky and there are new homes being built which made a little noise in the morning for my Dad but I didn’t hear anything.

Everything was superb. Fresh milk in the fridge in the room. Twix bars in the hospitality tray.
A superb breakfast spread to choose from fruit, preserves, cereals, topped off with a perfect full Scottish breakfast served at the time I requested
Lovely garden view and easy parking.
I will definitely return to this excellent B&B
Nothing at all. This was my 2nd stay and it was excellent as before.
Nearby temporary road closures made access to the property difficult but that is not the fault of the property.
