Clean and comfortable, but a bit of a walk to public transportation and high parking fees. Felt very safe in neighborhood at night.
Far from public transportation, 1.5 miles from Capitol Mall.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness, all staff, was exceptional.

Good location... Clean room... Lobby smelled so good... Good breakfast for the kids... Free coffee anytime...plenty of outlets and usb ports for charging
The room is so small but sleeps 4 people.
Valet parking was a little shady and the only option because street parking is literally full all day and night. Parking was included when you pay at desk however the valet acted as if I needed to pay him too. I mean i was going to tip anyway but you lied right to my face. That was insane! Won't make a side hustle off my dime.

Staff was great.
Breakfast was disappointing—
Pancake maker for breakfast was out of service. And no cinnamon rolls as advertised.
Sofa mattress was extremely uncomfortable—just springs.
