Hotel Villa Alberti Portofino Land

La situation de l'hôtel, l'excellent petit déjeuner, l'accueil. La chambre était spacieuse, bien équipée.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, location great, enjoyed having access to the spa facilities and being able to use a local beach club for a reduced fee (these two perks were probably our favourite thing about the hotel), having breakfast at the partner hotel worked much better than expected and it felt like walking across a courtyard to the other hotel rather than trekking down the street like I had imagined. Room was good and clean and we loved the shutters on the windows that made the room pitch black at night. The cleaning staff were friendly and always said hello. Bed was comfy. Shower nice big size. We appreciated that we got a room upgrade as we were staying 6 nights so thank you for that!

These are little things and definitely would not stop us from staying again. But we would have loved tea and coffee facilities in the room, would have liked a duvet for the bed (yes it was hot weather but with air con it was chilly at night and would have liked the option), would have liked some more variation with the breakfast buffet because it was exactly the same every day but that’s probably because we stayed so many nights so it got to be a bit too same-y. Really wish we had gotten two room cards to make things a bit more straightforward!

The location is wonderful: close the the beautiful church and central beach plus a lost restaurants are around.

The breakfast lacking variety. Fried eggs don't have teste. You don't even had tomatoes or cucumbers in the morning.
