This Property was great. So easy to access being in the centre of town and such a large place, it actullay was bigger then we thought from the pictures. Drink items (milk, coffee etc) was provided, a nice surprise and cooking faciliites were simple, good and easy to use. Sitting room was comfy, beds were very nice, a good size and comfy, and bathroom was clean and good. Excellent location as well as it's close to both the centre of Cromer, resturants and the beach access.
Slight noise in late afternoon and early morning sometimes due to the nearby fish and chip shop and the Coop but don't let that put you off, it can't be help and nothing to do with the property itself. It's a town so was to be expected.

No wardrobe space, full of household items.
Tv in bedroom not working. Cooker dirty so we didn’t use it.

The location was excellent … very central and close to beach , restaurants, shops . The beds were comfortable and the living areas spacious ..
Could have done with more fans. Felt as if overall the flat needed a bit of a spruce up
