Location near Olympiapark and the BMW World.
Many interesting restaurants around/walking distance.
Nice concept with the snacks and drinks "bar" that can be purchased.
There is actually free parking in the road just behind the hotel (depending on availability of course)
Initially wanted to drive into the hotel car park (15€ per day), only to find a note that you have to go and check in first. Everything is one-way streets / tight, so it's not so easy to just back up to in front of the hotel. A big note that checkin must be before parking would have helped. Only because of that, found that just parking on the sidewalk is OK for pretty much the whole street behind the hotel.

L’ensemble.
C’est un hôtel que je recommence vivement.
Le faite que personne ne parle français hors que je pense que ça reste un endroit assez touristique surtout avec les musées bmw juste à côté.

Not a lot, staff where friendly but lacking information when I asked questions.
Very basic hotel. If the aim is environmently friendly, they've most probably achieved their aim. We prefer more comfort. One stool berween two people isn't good.
Toilet paper was like sandpaper.
No kettle in room is poor.
Coffee was always cold.
Had to leave 30 minutes before kitchen opened and couldn't get any food.
The description of this hotel is very misleading
Never been in a hotel where you make your own bed.
