We were two adults and a teenager. The apartment was exclusively ours. It is an apartment with two independent rooms, living room with sofa bed and bedroom with double bed. Fully equipped kitchen, including appliances other than the usual ones (airfryer, toaster, dishwasher). Large bathroom and a lot of cosmetics. There is also a private terrace, with exit from the kitchen. It also has its own parking lot. Direct access to most of the tourist points of interest. Lots of shops around, including a market. The owner super kind. You feel like in a friend's house, who left you the keys to his apartment.
The terrace could be gorgeous, if it were more tidy

It was a very spacious flat in a quiet location, but close to shops and restaurants. I was staying on my own for some work, and it was very safe.
There was scope for an even smarter bathroom, but it was clean, and everything else was well decorated.

The property was in a good location near the Peckham Rye.
It has secure parking which the owner let us access earlier than check in.
Key collection was easy.
The flat was not for us. We felt like we had walked into an occupied flat.
Even a coat thrown on the bed.
The fridge was full of food stuff. the cupboards had personal things in them.
There was a drill and stuff to build in the bedroom and outside in the court yard.
The place could do with a general update, lots of marks on the walls, tatty chair and on the side in kitchen etc.
We just found it odd.
It seemed generally clean though.
