La prise en charge par l'équipe dès l'arrivée, le confort, le personnel, le guide (Tim), le restaurant (petit déj, lunch et diner extraordinaires), le lodge et sa vue ; le respect de l'environnement, de la faune et de la flore ; l'adaptation à la météo et les ponchos fournis ; les petites attentions quotidiennes.

L'absence d'indication sur la nationale pour rejoindre Hillsnesk. l'absence de mise en garde à la réservation concernant l'accès au site en voiture de location.

Absolutely everything. This is a magical place where nothing is too much trouble & where the team have provided what you might want or need before you have had a chance to think about it for yourself! Tim our ranger was so knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was infectious. He was so determined to find the animals that were our priorities and he delivered every time. The team are constantly smiling and the food is incredible. There is a fantastic chemistry in the lodge. But the fauna and flora are the stars of the show, as is the night sky and the views. Perfection.

We wish we could have stayed longer.

Some electricity probs during our stay and sometimes there wasn't hot water. Didn't really mind tho when in such lovely surrounds

I have delayed leaving a review but as I keep being chased to do so then I will. The accommodation is fine but be aware as it is not as clear as it should be that there is no A/C. We happened to stay in March when there was insanely hot (40c) weather. It was insufferable. The tent is claustrophobic in that weather without air con. And obviously I appreciate why for environmental reasons they don't have it but one fan just will not cut it. The heat gets trapped in the tent all day and at night you feel like you might actually die. No sleep that's for sure. Also it's pretty hard to position a non floor standing fan to keep you cool in bed. At least have floor standing fans and more than one.

I absolutely again understand why their game viewing vehicles have no roof of any sort but absolutely nowhere is this made clear in advance. I found out when I got in the vehicle. Whilst this might improve the game viewing you are highly likely to fry alive. If I'd have known this I would never have booked so I want people to be aware. In probably 30+ visits to game lodges over nearly 50 years I have never come across this. They proudly say they are the only camp in the park to offer this, well there is a very good reason why other camps don't and if you choose to you need to warn people before they book.
