The location was amazing!
Uncleanness & very uncomfortable beds.

How close it was to river
How small it was, claims it sleeps
6 and it does, but barely For the price I would want more room. Only complaint everything else was great

perfect spot. kinda loud at night if you're outside on the balcony but it's fun. alot of people having a good time. grounds were very well kept. directly on the river and next door to a premier tube rental company which will offer unlimited shuttle service to guests here.
everything was good, maybe slightly over priced but I'm sure it's competitively priced but worth it either way.
