Everything was good.

Clean, spacious, great for families, easy check in and check out and good location. It’s near the Palermo Lolli station which is great for airport transfers.

The property was interestingly decorated and very well equipped.

The hot water in the shower needs attention - it varies between dangerously hot and cold and thermostat does not seem to be working properly. The centrally controlled light system does not seem to work properly and we had to unplug some lights from the controllers and plug into the wall to make them work - you need all lights on for packing etc as there is no central light. Parking on the street is practically impossible and the streets in this area are particularly narrow - but we found a parking garage 10 minute's walk away that was reasonably priced for Palermo - 20 Euro for the night. The apartment we had was on the second floor - the floors in this building are unusually high so there were four flights of quite steep stairs and no lift.

Owner was very prompt with responses. Property was clean.

Second bedroom does not have fan or any air circulation. There was gym equipment in both rooms as well as a baby crib in the middle of the second room. These things took up too much space and made the property cluttered. Also, a lot of personal items out.
