Turtle Beach Resort

The real highlight of Turtle Beach Resort is its beautiful, serene location. Waking up right by the water was wonderful, and the surrounding area, including the nearby Pink Sand Beach, is absolutely stunning. The rooms are quite basic, but have everything you need. We requested an extra bed, which fitted comfortably, and the staff were genuinely lovely and accommodating. Housekeeping was particularly kind and attentive. We also appreciated the children’s playground, which was a nice touch for families. It’s also worth mentioning that you’ll need to drive to Ras Al Jinz in the evening if you’re planning to see the turtles. Overall, a wonderfully peaceful place with lovely staff and beautiful surroundings, but the quality of the accommodation and dining doesn’t quite justify the price

The main disappointment was the food. Breakfast was below expectations, and overall we found the food rather bland and lacking in flavour. At around €130 per night, I do feel the resort is overpriced considering the basic accommodation and quality of the food. You’re essentially paying for the location rather than the facilities or overall experience.

The proximity to the beach, the smiling staff and excellent location of the hotel makes it a ideal weekend getaway.

Vegetarian food options for breakfast were limited

Location next to a beautiful beach and sea.

Location and food was good however more veg. options to be included.

- Charged unnessary extra at property while check in time and we didnt have option to change or cancelled due to time limitation and with family at remote location. - Manger/supervisor is not available for discussion. - Although paid for a king size bed, room was provided with single beds only. Upon raising concern to the staff, they couldn't resolve it at the time. Although room was charged fully on double bed provision, when we asked for revised price for room with single bed, the staff told they cant do that. Worsley to escalate the issue, no higher authority or manager was available at the premise which was weird and disappointing. - Another room we booked, we were charged additional amount for extra bed which was not requested and again there were no one from manangement making decision to sort out the issue. - on the check out no staff available to suppport luggage trabsfer even after requesting in advance.
