The location was quiet and calm, not far away from the center of activity. The rooms were clean and the fixtures looked brand new.
This is a hotel that is learning many customer service lessons. I am surprised at how highly this hotel is rated on Booking. 1) They had no breakfast till 9:30 am and when it was opened up they didn't have bread! 2) Room cleaning required multiple reminders. 3) My request for help to book a cab didn't go down well with the receptionist. 4) Constant smoking in the lobby area with zero sensitivity to kids being around who were forced to passively smoke.
