The chalet was absolutely amazing! So comfortable and had games, books to read, colouring books and was so much fun for the kids. The trampoline was right outside the room. The beach was within walking distance, and Thames town centre was not too far away.
The managers of the holiday park were horrible towards us (not the owners of the chalet and nothing to do with the accomodation at all) they didn’t seem to like how our family chose to have fun, not very friendly on arrival, were actually quite rude. Were rude when the kids were playing water fights (not just our kids), she couldn’t just accept the kids in the holiday park were having so much fun, and could’ve just asked nicely instead of SWEARING for the mess to be cleaned.
