Reed Hotel Tbilisi

Very warm and welcoming staff. The room was very comfortable with a great view from the balcony. The rooftop where breakfast is served has also a great view of the city.

Comfy beds, cleanness, good breakfast and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, very modern and offers an absolutely breathtaking panoramic view. The owner was extremely friendly, welcoming and always ready to help. Parking spaces are available at the top, and the sweet cats made our stay even more enjoyable.

The road up to the house is quite steep and narrow, so the drive can be a little challenging if you are not used to such roads. However, once you get accustomed to it, it is manageable and certainly worth it for the amazing view.

The interior overall looked nice and it was very clean.

Besides all the good review I have to submit a bad one and this is mainly for the room 408. It is important for me to name the exact room because I can‘t rate the rooms in general, but this one. The most disturbing thing was the AC engine from the neighbours which was right under our window. The noise was so loud that we had a hard time sleeping and relaxing in the room. Furthermore the tap in the bathroom was of really cheap material and looked awful as well as the shower head and the irregular water pressure. Where the toilet was located a few tiles were quite sharp so I nearly hurt myself. The shower sink was not working properly which led to little overflow. The bed was too low and quite hard and the TV too small for the distance. Located in a residential building was also weird, the keycards stopped functioning from time to time and the elevator was soo slow. I‘m not a complainer in general but taking into consideration that this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel the overall equipment was bad.
