Cleanliness and vicinity to the beach. Also, comfortable.
Nothing only that I would not enjoy a bath in such an open space. Other than that, it was nice.

No breakfast, the host stuffed the freeze with nice products, a bottle of wine and juses. The accommodation is stylish and very very clean, with very comfortable beds and luxury beddings. The host is of utmost friendly.
Even though the location is very close to the sea, it's still one block away from the seaside street, no sea view from the room, there is some sea view from the balcony only.
