Everything is very well organized
No need to ask for something or remind them
Never seen such a friendly professional receptionist . This place make you feel like a valued customer .Couldn't find enough words to say how good is this hotel
Locating faraway from the city.piblic transport is unreliable .Taxi fare is very high.

The hotel was excellent. The standard rooms are quite spacious and very comfortable.
The location is also great, especially if you enjoy sitting outside and relaxing in nature.
The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to even the smallest requests. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
There were no real downsides during our stay.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located in a quiet village/small city area, so it might not be ideal for people who prefer staying in a busy city center.
Other than that, everything was great.

Staff was kind. The shower was a good size.
The space was not air-conditioned. Inside the room the room card needed to be inside the holder to activate the electricity... meaning the room was never cold when arriving. It took so long to cool down the space with the low functioning machine... the room was cool by the early morning.
