I loved the ease of getting to the property, the ocean view and 35th floor was wonderful. I liked that parking was included. The little things that were included was a great touch such as the cooler and vases. Sitting in the lanai was amazing. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked. The wait for the elevators was short.

Some things need to be updated like the chairs on the lanai and the beach chairs. Some things could have been a little cleaner, such as it seemed the baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a while. All of the dishes we used had to be washed before we used them they were obviously dirty. I understand that could have been from previous guests but maybe they could be checked before new guests arrived.

The room was clean, and in good shape. The kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable. The interior design was really nice. The view was good, though Tower 1 blocked most of the ocean. Overall very comfortable.

There was a persistent, periodic buzz or vibration that happened randomly at all hours of the day and night. We couldn’t tell if it was from an upstairs neighbor, the wind, or some other source. It was usually brief, no more than a few seconds. It wasn’t so disruptive or annoying, but definitely noticeable.

Unit T2-3504: Amazing view! Really a "WOW! upon opening door for the first time. Nice decor. Stand fan in bedroom. "Free" parking (but probably factored into nightly rate). Comfortable King size bed & dreamy pillows. Terrific wi-fi connection (better than home!). Grab bar in tub. Dual shower with adjustable hand-held & rain shower. Small table & 2 chairs on lanai. Folding beach chair. 2 Beach towels provided. Good selection of dishes, cutlery, pots & pans and cooking utensils. Salt & pepper grinders provided, plus cooking spray. Plastic wrap & aluminum foil. Two sets of bath towels provided, so it was enough for a 10 stay if used more than once (which we typically do at home). Good communication from Midway Vacations about check-in/check-out procedure, and also about a small issue that occurred during our stay and was resolved pretty quickly.

No ADA chair lift into swimming pool to accommodate people with mobility issues / disability. A/C in unit is VERY LOUD, especially if on Economy mode. No automatic dishwasher in unit to really sanitize dishes/utensils. Dish drainer provided is way too small; no cutlery/utensil holder. Only 2 dish/hand-towels provided. Need more, especially given dinky dish drainer. Very DULL knives (which are dangerous); need to provide a knife sharpener or consider replacing. Ice cube trays leaked (need to be discarded). Consider installing a small undercabinet light over the kitchen sink for night time illumination. Not enough dishwashing soap provided (expect to buy more). Barstools are too tall for counter height seating; uncomfortable. Collapsible beach chair (in bag) is broken (you'll be sitting on the ground) 3 out of 4 elevators working (nice they are upgrading), but resulted in occasional long wait times for elevators.

The location is stunning, views amazing. Condo clean, simple. Comfy bed. Great shower! Parking included. Full kitchen, no dishwasher. Lanai was one of my favorite spots to watch the world go round. Quiet. Can walk to restaurants, shopping, beach.

Communication was difficult. We had an issue locating our car in the garage because our key fob was dead on the rental. Security while initially stand off-ish helped. Called the condo office and took forever for her to understand our situation, and that I am not sure where the parking pass was (we thought our rental was stolen). Still were going to be charged for parking pass. Unacceptable if you are potentially dealing with a stolen car. We also arrived about and hour early, and I met one of your employees in the elevator on the way up. He peeked in the unit, it was ready. Requested door code to get in a bit early, difficult to communicate with anyone to make this happen. The employee eventually got it to work 30min later. Would be nice if the Waikiki Banyan had a luggage storage service. Having to schlep luggage somewhere else to store while waiting for airport rides is ridiculous. And we are in Hawaii-additional towels would have been nice. While the 35th floor is lovely for views, getting up/down from that high is a process with so many people using them. Be prepared for that if booking a high condo. The AC unit leaked all over the lanai....slipped a few times on that-be good to have some way to better divert that to the drain.
