With the bunkrooms downstairs and single room with adjoining bathrooms upstairs, it offers a great separation if needed. The dining room has a beautiful view from the bay windows. The upstairs balcony has a wonderful view that can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay at Latitude Adjustment. We were there for Spring Break with our kiddos and extended family. 3 min walk to the beach. Great house that was clean with everything we needed.

A great place to have our sons and their families get together. All had a great time at the beach as well as lounging around the cabin. I would recommend this cabin and Cobb Rentals for sure.

The beach cabin's floor plan is great for accommodating large groups. We enjoyed playing games around the large table. The cabin is very clean and nicely done. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We sat and enjoyed BOTH decks.
