Riad très beau, très bien décoré dans le style mauresque. Le petit déjeuner très correct , le personnel souriant, agréable. L'emplacement parfait près des souks et pourtant pas de bruits de jour comme de nuit.

La climatisation ancienne donc bruyante. Le wi-fi complétement instable, cela nous a coûté dès le premier soir 60€ de dépassement de forfait chacun soit 120€. Le responsable du riad ne nous en a pas informé!!! Nous lui avons demandé des renseignements pour acheter de l'huile d'argan, il nous a recommandé le chauffeur du riad, celui ci nous a pris 70€ pour Ourika et nous a amené dans un magasin Afous argan qui est un piège à touriste, 30cl 30€ l'huile d'argan !!! Lorsque, de retour, nous lui avons signalé les faits, il a était tout étonné mais toujours avec le sourire!!

The staff are so helpful and welcoming and couldn’t possibly have done any more for us. We arranged a pick up from the airport with the Riad and this was all very well organised. We arrived at night and to find your own way from the taxi drop off point, to the Riad, in the dark, would have been very difficult. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we were accommodated with whatever time we needed. The small rooftop pool, terrace and sun beds were lovely areas for relaxing after a hot, busy day in Marrakesh. It felt like a calm oasis in the middle of the chaos! The personal touches really make this a stand out place to stay……a plate of fruit in the room, small snacks the next day, the offer of cold water when we arrived back from a busy/hot day out, rose petals on the table at breakfast, direct WhatsApp communication with Abdel, the manager. We were very well looked after!

The bathroom/bedroom is all open plan. Personal preference but I prefer a door/separate room for the toilet.

Abdel, Mina, and the Riad Hayati team were incredibly accommodating and always helpful. Our airport transfers were made easy, and any decision-making for excursions was well-informed. I couldn’t recommend better hosts, particularly if it’s your first time in Marrakesh. Riad Hayati was perfectly located, close to the souks and a few minutes’ walk from the square/medina Jemaa el Fnaa, whilst a couple of streets away from the busy crowds. We felt safe, and yet everything was accessible - including easy rendezvous points for taxis and pickups.

Staff were nice and the place looked lovely

Arrived in our nice room and sat down on the bed - it collapsed. The manager tried to fix it when we were out for the evening but it wasnt fixable. We had to drag the mattress on to the floor to sleep that night. The pool is associated witha room, so if thats occupied nobody else can use it. Ie there isnt really a pool Breakfast was very basic, just bread and jam.
