A delightful apartment in the town centre but you could be a million miles away. Very handy for shops, places to eat & the beach. Furnished really nice with top quality bedding and accessories. There was a dishwasher, washing machine, a freezer, a coffee machine. Hot water on tap anytime of day or night. A good variety of crockery & kitchen utensils, everything you could need whilst on holiday. There was no noise from neighbours. We really enjoyed our time there and would be more than happy to return.
It's a small point, but the fridge opens the wrong way, making it difficult to access when people are seated at the dining table.

Very clean and well kept. Smells amazing when you walk in. All comfy and luxurious.
Perfect having your own parking space and absolutely perfect position in town. I'm looking to book again
This isn't a negative at all but it would be nice to have a little comfy chair next to the sofa where the lovely window is. 4 adults sat on the sofa was a bit of a squeeze and difficult for conversation.

Location. Parking space. Clean and modern. Provided with everything you need (towels, etc). Washing machine.
Staff really helpful and accommodating including both office via email and staff in the building (cleaning/maintenance team)
Dog friendly

We couldn't think of anywhere better to stay for visiting Filey, right in the centre, with free parking. It almost felt like we were the first guests staying there, as it was so pristine!.
It is quite a steep walk down to the beach, and stairs going up to the apartment, but for us it was great, as we like to be within walking distance to restaurants etc.
Couldn't fault anything!
