Loved the field for the dogs to run round. The washing and drying facilities were definitely a bonus. The location was good as Bedale was only a 5 minute drive .
It wasn't the cleanest , I personally call it attention to detail. The carpet needed cleaning and the cottage didn't appear to have been dusted. The bathroom was a let down, the toilet cistern is coming away from the wall , causing the toilet to move. There is no shower curtain or screen round the bath making a shower awkward as the mastic is needs replacing as it is deteriorating. The patio door glass is blown and the front door sticks. The hoover doesn't have a bag and stunk. The whole place needs redecorating.

Lovely setting , friendly ,
A little dated although they are at the moment looking to refurbish , everything is in place for what we needed.

Lovely cottage with everything you could need, perfect with private secure sunny courtyard for the dogs. Recreation field is amazing for the dogs, having older and a younger dog the crazy one could run around whilst the older ones pottered around. The living room was bigger than we expected with plenty of room for humans and dogs. Very comfortable bed.
