Easy to get keys from lock box. Code provided with clear instructions. Good to have an alarm system although area felt very safe and quiet. The outside areas was beautiful and pool was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the aircon was a bonus. Would recommend for a relaxing break.
Locking the front door was impossible with just a key, the door handle was broken off so had to exit and enter via back door. There is a lot of construction around the Marina Rubicon. You can hear noise but didn’t bother us too much.

Great location. There were building works going on nearby but it wasn’t an issue. It didn’t affect our stay. Lots of other construction happening in PB. Pool area was private.
Cold pool, would benefit from heating in the cooler months

Excellent location, really close to the beach, marina and town.
You cannot flush toilet paper. Plus, some little touches missing and the quality of the villa was not up to standard.
