Near the Innsbruck town

The location is really convenient.
Breakfast was disappointing. For four days in a row, the same uninspiring food was left at the door. No hot beverages were provided. Coffee capsules appeared only upon request.
Cleanliness had room for improvement too.

Good location, close to the centre and to the car parkings (covered).
The apartment was quite big for 2 people and the bathroom as well.
Easy check in and check out.
No direct contact with host but we received through message all the relevant information.
The bathroom ceiling had some mold and there was a big spider web in the bedroom.
There weren’t any napkins, no hand soap, no soap for dishes, no scrubbing sponge.
In general the courtesy kit was very scarce considering the apartment price per night.

The location
It took too long to rectify a problem.
Dishes were left inside the dishwasher. When I mentioned this, I was told they were clean but when I took a cup out it was covered in red lipstick.

"Emplacement au top très proche du centre ville. Petit appartement fonctionnel, propre, avec balcon, c'était chouette de prendre le petit déjeuner face au tremplin."
