It's a good apart-hotel. I would say one of the very few with a tonne of amenities inside the room, from laundry to kitchen. It also is quite spacious and can accommodate 3 to 5 people easily, but I believe they don't allow more than 4, but it can be checked with the hotel.
What I did not like is the fact it's advertised as Kyoto Station, but it's probably around 1 mile away from Kyoto Station. They have another branch of the hotel which functions, but it is not fully clear while booking it on this website, which is Booking.com. So the team needs to do a better job at that.

The Customer service was amazing! The room was very clean! The price was great as well!
I didn't really have any issues. The TV was very limited would be it.

Spacious and convenient for everything. They are offering free shuttle bus to some of the main attractions around Kyoto which is amazing. As a family with young child, we covered some main attractions by using their shuttle bus.
Too many Monday apartments around Kyoto, first we got in to a different place. Even taxi driver couldn’t figure out which one.
